The reason you might be seeing this article is that , you are not able to create an Apple id with out giving credit card details. (in recent past)
You may try to create it with itunes / apple website... but apple has made credit card a mandatory while creating a new apple id via itunes / website recently ...
Now let us know how we can create Apple id with out giving credit card details...
We came to know that an Apple device , it may be Ipad / Iphone / Ipod apple allows to create 5 FREE Apple ids from the device itself...
You can go to Settings - > iCloud - > Create FREE Apple ID... (if device is already associated with an ID , remove it and then you can see an create option ).
Note : - You can create max of 5 Different Apple ID's / Device with a New Apple Device.. Once these 5 attempts are used..the following error occurs..
" Device is no longer eligible for creating a free icloud account "
Note :- If you had purchased an 2nd hand Apple device which had already exceeded its 5 chances... You can still use your device with previously created Apple id / You can create an ID from some ones Device who hasn't reached their limit.. But you cannot create an ID from this device for ever...
