now install the torrent downloader and click the ADD TORRENT option and open the torrent file.the download starts.after finishing the downloading u can get access to it

Advantages:-

downloads can be started,stopped and continued at any time

Disadvantages:-

using torrents not only downloads the file but also uploads some date
